About Sushma Webber

Sushma Webber is an event curator, thought leadership mentor, and author who helps experts step out from behind their expertise and into true thought leadership in the following three aspects:

  • Mentorship: BOOK WRITING AND SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES: Drawing on her recent pilgrimage on the Pandharpur Vari in India, she weaves spiritual intelligence (SQ), practical strategy, and lived experience into spaces where professionals can reconnect with who they are as they grow what they do as Thought Leaders.
  • Event Curator: As the creator of the Craft Your Life Symposium, Sushma designs intimate, high-impact experiences that invite business owners and leaders to clarify their message, find the courage to be visible, and build genuine connection in their work and lives.
  • Keynote Speaker and Author: Her forthcoming book, The Pilgrim Code, distills lessons from the pilgrimage into a clear framework for leading with clarity, courage, and connection — on stage, in business, and within oneself.

Through these events and her mentoring, Sushma supports experts to turn their stories, skills, and inner wisdom into positioning that feels authentic, impactful, and sustainable, creating professional growth that is deeply aligned with personal development.
