As a social media inspirer, she helps individuals and businesses create a strategy and a calendar with action points that is easy to implement.

Sushma is an author of the first Craft Your Life series book, and is currently writing fiction and non-fiction books based on her recent 40-day pilgrimage in India where she participated in the Pandharpur Vari, a walking pilgrimage of over 250kms, and her visit to other centres of spiritual significance.

This pilgrimage has provided insights not only for her spiritual growth, but also for her life as an entrepreneur and writer.

Sushma has written articles in magazines and journals both in print media and online for over 20 years.

She is also the founder of Craft Your Life: Take Control of Your Life’s Direction, where she shares her experiences as a writer and speaker.
